1. 근무처 변경 및 추가 허가 및 신고
한국에서 취업 중인 외국인이 근무처를 변경하거나 추가하려면 반드시 사전 허가와 사후 신고가 필요합니다. 이는 취업 비자 소지자에게 해당됩니다.

1. Change of workplace and additional permission and reporting
Prior permission and post-reporting are required for foreigners employed in Korea to change or add to their workplace. This applies to work visa holders.

 

2. 체류자격 외 활동 허가
현재의 체류자격을 유지하면서 다른 체류자격에 해당하는 활동을 병행하려면 체류자격 외 활동 허가가 필요합니다. 이는 단기사증 소지자 및 근무시간이 길거나 보수가 많은 경우 등에 해당합니다.

2. Permission for activities other than residence status
In order to maintain the current status of stay and perform activities corresponding to other status of stay at the same time, permission for activities other than the status of stay is required. This applies to short-term visa holders and long working hours or high remuneration.

 

3. 재입국 허가
2020년 6월 1일 이후 출국한 후 국내로 재입국하고자 하는 경우, 특정 체류자격 소지자 및 난민 여행증명서를 소지한 난민인정자는 재입국 허가가 필요합니다.

7. 근로개시 및 취업개시 신고
방문취업 체류자격 소지자가 최초로 고용된 경우 근로개시 및 취업개시 사실을 신고해야 합니다.
