- ‘중앙대 건강센터’를 소개한다. 중앙대 건강센터는 학생 및 교직원의 건강관리를 위한 공간으로 일반적으로 기본적인 진료 및 교육을 지원한다. 센터 내에는 응급의 상황에 대비하여 기본 상비약이 구비되어 있으며 치료 및 상담이 가능하다. 또한, 건강 증진 사업을 실시한다. 대표적으로 금연 클리닉이 있는데, 6주 금연 프로그램을 운영하며 상담 및 금연 보조제를 제공한다. 중앙대의 캠퍼스타운 동작구 보건소와 연계하여 금연 클리닉이 운영되고 있으며, 학생들의 건강한 대학생활을 위해 전문 금연사와의 상담, 금연 보조제 무료 지급, 니코틴 의존도 측정, 금연 성공시 기념품 증정 등 다양한 프로그램을 운영하고 있다. 또한, 건강센터는 학생들의 정신건강 역시 책임진다. 학생생활상담센터를 운영 중이며, 스트레스 해소 및 정신건강을 위한 다양한 프로그램이 운영 중이다. 아래 ‘스트레스 관리 집단상담’에서는 일상에서 경험하는 다양한 스트레스의 원인을 살펴보고 관리하는 방법을 배울 수 있다. 그 외에도 ‘마음챙김 집단상담’이라는 프로그램을 통해 호흡, 먹기, 걷기(명상활동)을 함께 배우고 정신건강 관리법을 배울 수 있다.
- 이화여자대학교 역시 ‘대학건강센터’를 운영 중이다. 학부 및 대학원 재학생 및 교직원의 보건 향상을 위하여 일차 치료 및 상담, 안정실 운영, 학생건강검사, 상담 클리닉을 실시하고 있다. 건강공제회원의 경우 연 1회 무료로 학생정기건강검진을 받을 수 있다고 한다. 질병의 조기 발견 및 치료를 위해 정기적인 검사가 실시되고 있으며 기본검진은 다음과 같다. 이화여대 건강센터는 상담 클리닉, 체성분 검사, 여행클리닉을 운영하여 학생들의 건강을 관리한다. 상담 클리닉의 경우, 정신건강의학과에 국한되지 않고, 산부인과 및 피부과에 대한 포괄적인 상담을 받을 수 있다는 점이 특징이다.
