If you tend to have trouble with Korea, Coupang Eats is your best choice because it also works in English.

When you make a bus reservation through the app, it's easy to change your booking if needed, and there's no need to print a separate boarding pass. One significant advantage is that you can simply show the QR code on the app screen and board the bus.
2-2 코레일톡 / SRT
코레일톡(Korail Talk)은 한국철도공사가 제공하는 공식 모바일 메신저 애플리케이션입니다. 마찬가지로, SRT는 수서고속철도 SRT의 승차권 예약발매 어플이죠. 두 앱은 철도 관련 정보와 예약 서비스를 제공하며, 여행자들이 기차 여행을 더 편리하게 계획하고 이용할 수 있도록 도와줍니다. 시간표 조회, 열차 예약, 좌석 선택, 운행 정보 확인, 역 정보 조회, 출발지/도착지 검색 등의 기능을 제공합니다.

Korail Talk is the official mobile messenger application provided by the Korea Railroad Corporation. Similarly, SRT is an app for booking and issuing tickets for the Suseo High-Speed Railway (SRT).
